My name is John Joseph I am a certified Personal Trainer with a Certificate III and IV of Fitness and Personal Training. I have been studying and consistently been in the Fitness industry at the age of 15 years old. My previous sporting history consist of rugby league, representative basketball UOL and touch football.
As a personal trainer I have mainly focus and specialise in weight loss and weights such as:
• Strength training
• Building muscle mass
• Fitness and improving fitness levels
• Kick boxing
I have provided all these weight loss and weight programs with all my clients as well as myself to show a good example towards my clients that they can rely on a motivate, healthy and fit personal trainer that has experienced what each individual has. As I was once only fit but never controlled my eat patterns, had no strength levels and lack of body muscle. But ever since I started going to the gym and studying personal training I knew that I had to improve myself and to continue being an athlete as well as learning about the needs of the body and your health.
I have been a part of Eye of the Eagle Martial Arts at the age of 5 years old and learnt many different of styles, techniques, fitness and health techniques. I have learnt from Eye of the Eagle Martial Arts street self-defence, Tak wan Do, boxing, kick boxing, grappling and fitness. From a student of Eye of the Eagle I then became a fitness instructor teaching children and adults, once I became an instructor I then had the interest of becoming a personal trainer and studied personal training and fitness. Once I got my certification of being a PT I then taught private clients and classes of Eye of the Eagle and also in gyms. Eye of the Eagle had given me a great future and path for my career as I did not know what to do before and confused and now I am a full time PT and enjoy my job of helping others.
